5. Is Emergency Services available after emergency hours ?
Our emergency services are available for every pet even after emergency hours. With our veterinarians and emergency staff we promise to provide your pet with complete care.
6. Do you have boarding facilities ?
Apart from being an incredible healthcare provider, our clinic also provides pet boarding in Ada. We offer the perfect staycation for your pet, where they feel loved and at home!! when you drop your kid with us, they experience the most luxurious stays of their lives.
7. Do I need to take an advance appointment ?
For our large animal side, yes appointments are needed. If you don’t you can still be seen, just by order of arrival and you’ll have to be seen after the appointments.
8. What are your working hours ?
We work from Monday-Friday- 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Noon To 1:30 pm Closed for Lunch break). We are closed on the Weekends but if you have an emergency you can always call us for assistance. Even on weekdays, you can call on (580) 332-1786, after working hours if you have a severe emergency.
9. How We Take Payments At Ada Veterinary Clinic
We have a flexible payment process and accept different cards ranging from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit. We also accept cash or cheque, but we always recommend that our clients take advantage of the CareCredit card and get the six-month no-interest payment plan into their pocket.
10. Do you Rescue animals ?
Apart from serving animals who have a parent to look after them, Ada Veterinary Clinic also looks after pets, especially dogs and cats who are homeless and in desperate need of shelter. We not only support homeless animals but also extend our support to people who adopt these animals from us. We accept all physical exam certificates from area animal shelters and rescue groups.
